I just got myself a 20GB iPod and just love the thing. It has great sound and I was able to hook it up to my PC using XPlay to load up my 10+ gigs of MP3s (my Powerbook has scant few MP3s). One thing I haven't been able to figure out which playlists are compatible with the iPod though. Do I have to go get a copy of MusicMatch JB in order to build playlists or is there a converter for Winamp lists? I have a Mac formatted iPod with the 1.2 firmware.

Do I need to paste the content of my damn thread for you to reread? I stated rather plainly I used XPlay on Windows. That was indeed hard. Next time you're going to attempt to be a sarcastic horse's ass just don't. Now you look like a pretentious ********.

I thought the smiley would be enough to indicate a joke. But anyway, I assumed all your playlists would be winamp format since you mentioned thats where all your mp3s were and you were asking about converting m3u's. I also thought it might be helpful to point out another (free) app to do exactly what you want without recreating big playlists. Sorry I don't have any particular knowledge on xplay's capabilities.

EphPod is decidedly not free as it relies on either MacOpener or MacDrive in order to even work. Neither one of these programs exactly falls under the classification of free unfortunately.
