Hi everyone

Does anyone know if it is possible to download the Handheld Synchronisation software that comes with the Value Pack in Office 2001?

Basically, I use Entourage and I've just acquired a Visor and want to sync the two together. The Value Pack on my Office 2001 gives an error message when I try to install the Handheld Sync. folder.

What sort of error message are you getting? Perhaps there's just a simple fix?

When I try to launch the Value Pack Installer, I get error -199. That's when I'm in OS 9.2. In OS X, nothing happens at all when I try to launch the installer....

Any ideas appreciated!
