No. Not only do I not need it I don't want it. Why would I want to look at videos on an MP3 player or carry it around so I could watch something on a dinky screen. This is just silly, the iPod is an MP3 player, not a radio, tv, swiss army knife, clock, phone, voice recorder, gps, ect. it's not even a pda even though there are some pda like features on it, it's an mp3 player, that's what I wanted and that is what I got.

I have no use for such a device. The iPod is great because it does one specific thing VERY well in a VERY small package.

if Apple did put all these features in the iPod, it would be big and ugly.

From the review it seems like it has pretty bad browsing capabilities. And it only uses USB 1.1, which is super slow. And the video screen is tiny.
I think I'd rather keep my 5GB iPod than have one of those. The iPod is still the only really small MP3 player with a high capacity and a high speed connection (other than that silver-colored iPod look-alike).
$500 will buy you a 5GB iPod AND an inexpensive digital camera. That's the same price as this one with the camera attachment, but the $200 digicam will probably take better pictures, and the iPod will certainly play back the music better.
