I have a ScanDisk reader...doesn't work
and i Have a ZIO reader...doesn't work...
anyone know a compatible smartmedia card reader?

If you had one of HP Photosmart printers that have the card slots then any one of them would work as a card reader. Photosmart 1115, 1215, 1218, 1315, 7350, 7550. Its kind of expensive but they should work just fine for a variety of cards.

AVOID the Olympus MAUSB-1 reader, it doesn't work either. I think we're out of luck until these companies get around to updating their drivers. Olympus won't tell me anything specific about when a new driver will be available. Quite annoying, as downloading directly from the camera isn't nearly as fast.
