iPod 1.2 and OS 9

	Has anyone had any luck flashing an iPod to ver 1.2 on OS9 and iTunes 2.x? Do you need OSX and iTunes 3 to flash it? There is a OS9 Download of the flasher, but I can't seem to get it to flash my 5 gig iPod.
