Same thing here. After installing OS X 10.2, I no longer have the funtionality that is inherent in the original drivers.

I remember seeing that USB-Overdrive is compatible with X.2....I could be dreaming, but worth spending a few secs looking into...
G4/450, T-bird 1.05GHz, iBook 500, iBook 233...4 different machines, 4 different OSes...(9, 2k, X.1, YDL2.2 respectively) PiA to maintain...

I have the same mouse, and the driver is broke in Jaguar. It reports the same 'No Logitech Device Found' error.

There is a beta of USB-Overdrive available that is compatible with Jaguar (mouse support only.)

I'm just glad that the scroll wheel still has basic functionality in 10.2.

I've been using USB-Overdrive. Everything seems normal although I'm still tweaking the speed. it seems sluggish for some reason.

You can program all the buttons using that shareware.

The official software was never as good as the OS 9 version anyway. Battery life indicator never worked.
