Hi, I am debating between the iBot Pro (OrangeMicro) and the Pyro 1394 (ADS Technologies) Webcams. Does anyone have any experience with either/both? I am of course interested in the image quality (I guess with a 56K for now...) and the ease of use/quality of the bundled software. My family members and myself are all using G4s, but I'd like to link up with some (misguided) friends who are PC users at some point.

I've been here:

and here:

So now I've come here!

Thanks in advance!

My ibot pro works great along with coolcam x software. OSX Jaguar even has built in support for ibot pro, but the picture quality is not better than ibot's native driver. It does not trip easily despite what Macworld says that Orange Micro's iBot Pro has a quirkier and less functional base unless you move around your cam alot.

I have not work with pyro 1394 webcam, so i can't tell you the difference. But the ibot seems to be a good choice though.
