Can't sync my Visor Deluxe with Entourage

I can successfully sync my Visor Deluxe with Entourage 2001 under Mac OS 9.2.2, unless I want to sync the calendar. I can sync the address book, task list and notes with no problem. If I also have it sync the calendar, the whole computer locks up, requiring a hard reset.

I have re-installed Palm Desktop 2.6.1 with the latest download from Handspring. I have deleted all that and re-installed Palm Desktop 2.6. I have re-installed the Entourage Conduit and Conduit Helper several times, from the CD, all to no avail.

I have hard-reset the Visor, clearing the data, and I have increased memory to both the Conduit Manager and the Hotsync Manager. All to no avail.

Any other ideas? Anyone else have this setup working? I'm also using Multiple Users under OS 9.
