I'm sorry if I am beating a dead horse here, but I was not able to get a satisfactory answer searching the internet or through Handspring's Customer Service:

Is it possible to sync a handspring with OS X? Has anyone done it?

Even handspring's web site seems to have discrepant information and all their Customer Service People can tell me is it isn't supported in Classic.

I use it to sync my Treo 90 with Palm Desktop in OS X. It also works for the new Treo300 and virtually all others Palm based devices. They're even working on implementing the hooks they use for the Clie in apps like iTunes for Treos. Make sure to delete the files in the "Palm OS™ Updates" folder if you plan on using a Handspring product.
