I'm getting ready to put an old internal drive in a new Firewire enclosure.

I've done this before, but it's been a while and I forget.

Should the jumpers be set to master, slave, cable select, or what? The enclosure I bought came with exactly zero instructions.

Nevermind-- when I opened the enclosure, there was a sticker inside that said "set drive to Master."

God I loce my old LaCie FW case that came with a CDR drive already in it, I just took out the old drive and popped in the new one and now I am burning CDs at 40X.

BTW what case did you get Oxford 911 chip?
