Just wanted to see if anyone knew anything about a good Firewire PCMCIA card. I've heard of the RATOC card from Japan and the VST card, and the Orangelink card. The Ratoc card uses the NEC controller while the VST card uses the TI, and I've heard the TI is generally more reliable. However, I'm not sure if VST still makes the card, and Ratoc claims the VST card drops DV packets. I know nothing about Orangelink except that it's cheaper than the RATOC. Has anyone had any experience with any of this and have any advice?
Thanks,

Tyler

I had a SIIG Firewire PC Card, worked well, has the TI chipset IIRC.
