I came across these and they are competitive with Apples prices. But are they as good? I was reading though various reviews where the quality of Formac products was questioned. Is there a reason to stay away from these? I was personally debating between two 17" apple displays and the 22" cinema. Now I see Formac is releasing a 20" display of its own. And the only reason I was considering is that it can support DVi so I could connect my PC in the future if I ever decided to.

I'm tempted to get a couple... One for my PC and one for my Mac.

I'd really like the Cinema HD display but $3500 is just to farking much money... I'd get the Formac or Dell's 20" monitor which can run 1600x1200 because they're so much cheaper and they're still high quality.

You can actually often get the 20" Dell monitor on special for $1150 or so... DAMN good deal for a 20" 1600x1200 LCD... but it says "Dell" on it :-P
