Pre iSync installation - had a calendar from iCal exported to iPod "calendar" folder. For some reason, post iSync install, the entries from this calendar keep showing up in iPod calendar even though the suspect file was removed from the iPod calendar folder. Even went through the process of removing all calendar from iPod and synching all over again. I read some problems with this a few days ago, but do not recall anything on how to resolve the issue.
Any help is appreciated.

stupid question but are you syncing the calender that you don't want on it, is that old calander still in ical?

No, the original calendar is not in iCal. Made sure of that.
Also did a search on the local disk to make sure there is no .ics file left over from the deleted calendar. Since the other calendars aren't that big to recreate, I will delete all the calendars from iCal, iSync, all all the calendars and iSync again. Will see if this fixes the problem.
