Have just upgraded a healthy and relatively new iPod (20gb) to 1.2.1, and now it's very sick. It plays for about five minutes and then reboots. Have tried resetting to default settings etc, but nothing seems to work. ...and to cap it all I have just come away on holiday..

Anyone seen this before, knows what might be causing it; or could it be a hardware fault?
