Your help would be appreciated...i'm ready to fire up my palm v again, it's a blank slate since it was off an uncharged for more than a year!

Now I want to get back up to speed, I have a backup of my data which I want to sync up, but this is the first time I'll be doing palm on X...what should I know in advance?

And does 4.0 work at all? What about the dreaded hotsync? should I upgrade the software of my palm v?

upgrade your palm os and your palm desktop. then all should be well. good luck.
