I have a 32MB SmartMedia disk which seems to be corrupted. Is there any OS X software available which will let me take a closer look at the information on the disk to see what I can retrieve?

Any ideas?

Only way to fix them I've found is smprep.exe on a Windows box to reformat and salvage a damaged card the camera won't read.

I think it only comes with the old Sandisk reader drivers... I bought a newer Sandisk dual reader and it didn't come with smprep.exe. I'm pretty sure the original USB single slot smartmedia reader from Sandisk included the utility.

You may be able to verify or repair using disk utility if you can mount the smartmedia card.
