Just wondering if there was any way to share a USB inkjet over a LAN?

There's a product called DAVE by Thursby (www.thursby.com) that lets you share printers. Check out the web site if you want to learn more, that's about all I know.

I have also been needing to do this. I looked at the following: http://shop3.outpost.com/product/3204921 but I'm not sure if it will serve my purposes. Have you gotten anywhere with your query?

I have also posted a question to macintouch.com, so we'll see if they post it. If they do, I will undoubtedly get a response, which I'll forward here.

If you have Jaguar, then you can do it for free.
I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it.

And how is that, specifically? Do you have details?

I have tried, unsuccessfully.

You might try the Samba Sharing Package to allow sharing a Mac printer to Windows computers without the command-line mucking.
