Quality of printouts Gimp Print and Canon S630

I have installed 10.2 Server on my iBook. At first, it didn't recognize my Canon S630, so I have installed Gimp Print and Ghostscript. As a printer driver I chose BJC 8200 as recommended. It prints, but the quality is horrible (looks like draft, far too little ink).

Is there anyone that also has a S630? What experiences do you have with it?
I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it.
