Hello all-
Trying to troubleshoot a problem for a third party, so sorry for the sketchy info.

here's the set-up:
PDA: Visor
Mac: G4 w/USB cradle
Software: Palm Desktop 4.0, OS 10.2.1

The problem is that after synching (which seems to work fine), the Visor demands to be hard-reset. No data appears to be lost, but it's still a bit worrying.

Any ideas?
