O.K, I give in, I just gotta get one one the Apple Cinema Dispays, the question is which, the 22" or 23" display?

My eye sight isn't perfect (I need reading glasses now), will the resolution of the 23" Cinema Display be hard to read?

The 22" Display probably would be easier on my eye's but is it as sharp and bright as the 23" is otherwise?

I wouldn't get the 23" to scale down the resolution as LCD displays are not as sharp and clear at anything other than their native resolution.

Anyone have or tried both? I'd appreciate your input.

I assume you've seen them in person? I'd say -- go play with a 23" model for an hour or so and see whether it works okay for you. If so, get it.

I'm lucky enough to have (two of) both. I perfer the 23" because its brighter, faster pixel response (yes, you can tell the difference) and because you can now set font sizes using OS X, text is beautiful. Not sure if money is that much of an issue, if you can afford the extra $1,000 for an extra inch, that extra inch is incredible.
