It's pretty attractive except:
ˆemail only with an additional Bluetooth equipped cell phone.
* web access presumably the same

I travel. I would like to carry fewer gadgets. I want the integrated cell-phone with a nationally available network, like Sprint. Not GSM. Not because it's inferior technology, but because it's unavailable in too many regions.

It looks awesome, but it sure is expensive. $500 is almost half the price of just buying an iBook.

It's pretty attractive if you don't want a phone. If you do, they're hoping you'll buy the Tungsten W which comes out early next year.

Shouldn't have to waste my SD slot on memory for a $500 PDA.
