I'm looking for an ATA/100 or ATA/133 PCI controller card for my Rev. A B&W G3 tower. Over at OWC, they have a SIIG ATA/133 card for 79.99 or so... while I go over to pricewatch and notice PC vendors selling the same spec card for less than half the price. Anybody know if its possible to use these on a Mac with OS X? If NOT, can somebody recommend a specific card to get? Ie, That SIIG card from OWC any good?

(planning to get an IBM Deskstar 7200 RPM drive, 80 GB or so)

PC cards will not work in a Mac, Bummer for us. I think SIIG and Sonnet both use acard chips. You can just buy an "acard" based card from acard.com They all seem to work well though. Remember that ATA/133 is a bit of a dream, it's rare to max out a ATA/100 bus, much less a ATA/133. Also, PCI is limited to 133MBps, so if you have any other PCI cards, that will slow things down.
