Does anyone have the Kensington Studio Mouse. What are your impressions of it. What are other options to the Apple mouse.

I have it and it's just OK. Pretty unremarkable really, except that it looks nice. I can't quite get used to it for gaming. I only really play quake and so far the unimouse works best form me. A friend of mine just bought the new wireless logitec mouse which seems very responsive. I'm going to give it a whirl when time permits.
