so, i have a ten gig ipod, so far in itunes i have 4.07 gigs of music but when i highlight the ipod it says 6.16 gigs are used.

what up with that?

just out of curiosity how many gigs did you lose due to formating it. I know the 5 gig holds 4.6 gigs soI am guessing you lost about a gig or so for the formating.
