I just installed a new WD 80 GB drive in my slot-load iMac, OS 10.2.2. When the computer sleeps, the drive does not - it makes odd periodic clicking noises (about one per second). It does not sound like it is spinning. Any advice?

well ****, I just ordered one of those 80 gig 8 meg cache drives the other day cause it was such a good deal, I hope I dont get one like that...

got my drive, put it in, works perfectly, so I'm not sure what's going on with yours. 933 G4 btw
