which video card(AGP, Quartz, Dual Monitor)?

what would people reccomend as the cheapest way to go here? From looking around I'm guessing the best way would be to get a PC Radeon 8500 on eBay and flash it with the Mac firmware, but that would still be overkill for my needs.

anybody have any suggestions?
