hiya-
anybody else having trouble with this combination? i'm using the 1.5.1 powermate driver and since the OS update the keyboard volume control on my 17" iMac no longer works - the transparent window pops up and the level appears to change, but the sound doesn't. predictably the same thing happens when using the powermate knob to adjust the volume.
an error gets written to the log each time, something along the lines of "error - who? is trying to change the volume level." sorry i don't have the exact text, my mac is at home and i'm at work.
fortunately the volume controls on the sound preference panel and menu bar still work. i'm suspecting the powermate because a non-admin user on the mac who for some reason doesn't have access to the powermate (another issue entirely...) can use the volume keys on the kb just fine.

any ideas?
