Has anyone out there has any experience on Epson Stylus Photo 2100/2200 printer?

I am particular interested on following areas:

1. Compatibility with OS X (does it allow to print banner or custom size now?)

2. Does printing via FireWire faster than using USB connection?

3. The Epson PostScript RIP software for 2100/2200 (does it work on OS X in particular?)

4. Is it worth the money to get the Epson print server to use with 2100/2200 with multiple Macs?

5. Printing cost: does it cost a fair bit to print photos using this printer, especially it uses special ink?

6. What's the print quality like?

7. Does it work with normal photo or inkjet paper? (Epson's brochure seems to claim you can only use special paper designed for 2100/2200 to print photos)

8. Any other experience withworth to note?
