OK, I am still using an old 7300 and it's 1710AV Monitor. The computer and monitor have the old style 15-pin low density Video connector.

I just got a VooDoo3 card that has the standard VGA connector and I wish to use the 1710 AV.

I have a pair of VGA-to-Mac adapters but they are for connecting HD15 VGA monitors to old MAc computers. What I need is the opposite. A male VGA HD15pin to a Female LD15 pin Apple Video Connector.

My research indicates that Apple shipped these with B&W G3s since they were the first macs to switch to the VGA standard. Does anyone have one they would like to part with or know where I can get one cheap?

Thanks

I also use an AppleVision 1710AV, I have like five of those connectos that I have collected from the various ATI video cards over the years. I think every Macintosh ATI video card comes with one so if you know someone with one it shouldn't be hard to find, or you could try calling up ATI and tell them you "lost one" and maybe they will be nice and send you one.
