I'm considering buying an HP 7450c scanner for use under OS 10.2.3. It will be used as a batch scanner for monochrome documents and will just sit in the office for general use.

Are there any issues that I should be aware of? Or any better suggestions? My main worry is about the quality/speed of the ADF...

Many thanks

The scanner will work just fine as long as you do not run the Scan Manager. The Scan Manager handles the communication between the scanner and the individual buttons on the front of the scanner (scan, email, copy, etc). If you run the Scan Manager you will find that it will eventually bring your system down to a crawl.
