Okay, I got some JBL creature speakers to go with my powerbook and they were just fine for a couple of days or so, but now the right speaker (the one with volume control) is emitting this crackling/static noise. It's fairly loud and seems to scale pretty well to the music it's playing. I can make it go away by turning the treble all the way down on the woofer but that isn't a solution. Any ideas as to what might be causing this?
