Hmm.. Buttonless mouse, which supports both right and left buttons, and scroll wheel.

Interesting idea. I'd have to see one in person as I'm having doubts the one-piece design will be able to effectively distinguish between a left and right click without some precise pressure being applied...

I have one, mine is branded as Lindy, and it's white with a red glowing scroll wheel, the CD has Mac OS 9 software on it (it's a 3" CD though, so careful if you have a slot loader) and it works in OS X straight away. It's USB, and has a PC port PS/2 adaptor with it. I've had it a few months now, and had no problems, it cost me £20 from the local Tesco supermarket.

That came out when Apple's optical Pro Mouse came out. It was discussed here and on AppleInsider.

I like the black one but it seems that rocking it like that would cause wrist problems when you are clicking and dragging.
Can you also rightclick and leftclick at the same time?

I used to have one. Overall it was my favorite mouse.
It rocks to the left or to the right. It's really annoying at first if you try to use your entire hand on it but after about a week you'll get used to it.
It's really hard to get used to, but once you get used to it, you'll find yourself not wanting to go back
The cool thing is it's buttonless. The scroll wheel is on the same circuit as the regular LED in the mouse so they both go on when you move, however the blue LED on the wheel is *ReALLY* bright.
It's an awesome mouse. You have to be careful on what pad to use (the 3M blue ones work really well), but some people (you know who I'm talking about), can't stand anything that doesn't cost over $60.
It's a great mouse. A bit sensitive, but good

Did I read that right? A 1500 dpi optical sensor?!?
When you say 'sensitive,' do you mean the buttons/scroll wheel or the mouse tracking?
