Does anyone know the difference between the Dlink DBT-120 and the DWB-120M Bluetooth adapters? Is it just the drivers that they come with?

The DBT-120 says that it works with PC and Mac. The DWB-120M only works with Mac.

I don't know the differences, I suggest their website.

As to what will work, I bought an adaptor that didn't say it had Mac support, but it did. There have been reports that most every adaptor will work. Look around to see what people are having success with.

FYI: I use a Windigo brand that works perfectly, despite saying nothing about Mac support.
