Yeah. My iPod has a few big scratches across the screen from an unfortunate accident. Arrrrrgh. I don't really care, as I've given it some hard use and have definitely got my money's worth, but would anyone know of some way to get rid of screen scratches?

I'd be interested in some ideas....

Hey ShortcutToMoncton,

I remembered reading about removing iPod scratches so I dug this up from this forum: Brasso.

I hope this helps but it would really depend on how deep the scratches are. I think I will try it with my iPod also. Brasso is like $3.

Cheers.
Have a nice day!

Thanks man. Naw, they're not that deep...just surface scratches that annoy me when they reflect the light, ya know? NEXT time I'll know not to take it snowboarding and accidently stick a screwdriver in the same pocket.

Ouch... Maybe you need the Burton iPod jacket then.

Cheers.

You can use fine jewellery polish for those fine scratches too.

I just took my iPod out of its ExtremeMac case for the first time since I bought it (aboot a year ago) - WOW SHINY!!

This has come up before on forums, here are some links from earlier:

Plastic Polish

Poly Watch

And Brasso as mentioned above....
Also search this forum, there was a pretty good discussion about this a while back.
