Palm 130 for about $160
OR>>>>
HANSPRING TREO 90 for about $150
The difference is:
1) Palm has just 8 MB Ram and includes pocket keyboard
2) Treo has thumbpad.
I don't know which way to go. I think I can handle the thumbpad...tried it out today. But, it is a little different.
Thanks for any advice.

I bought my girlfriend an m130. She loves it.
I hate Treo's. Every handspring I have owned has died on me.

Tough choice considering the prices are almost equal. I have used the m130 and it is great. The screen is vivid and everything works well. The only complaint that people have with the m1-series is that the screens are too small. I don't think they are too unbearable. Although I have not used the Treo 90, I think it is probably the better choice. This is because it has the keyboard and you can use graffiti right on the screen with a free program on Handspring's web site. Also, the Treo 90 has more memory and a bigger screen. It has a very nice flip cover allowing you to see the screen.
Either way you will end up with a nice PDA. I would go to a store to try them out some more. It all depends on your personal preference.

I figured it might come down to personal preference. Damn! I was hoping for a more clear-cut choice. Oh well, I'll give them both a whirl tomorrow and come up with my final answer.

Definitely try out the Treo's keyboard and see how you like it. This is something very important to consider. Also, try to actually hold the PDAs in your hand unless they are chained down to a counter or something. Good luck in this difficult decision.
