I know it will never happen, but what if apple made a tablet which was also a docking station for an iPod. It could either use the iPod as it's hard drive or have another internal one. That way, everyone whining about wanting video could have it and plug it into the tablet to watch it. You could have an internet browser and all the usual fare but all your data remains on your iPod.
