The Tungsten-T has Bluetooth built-in but I don't believe there are any 802.11b modules out yet. They'll be here soon enough, I'm sure.

In the meantime, buy a Newton! My 2100 connects to wireless networks flawlessly.

Ah that's a shame. Does Palm have an IPSec client?

Purdue offers a client for Palm and PocketPC clients.

I believe there are a number of SDIO 802.11a cards on the way, the most exciting ones are from SanDisk as they also include memory on the card too meaning you can have 256Mb of storage and 802.11a on one SD card.

They must mean 802.11b. That'd be crazy of there was an 802.11a card before a WiFi one.

I think that Secure Digital will be much better than CompactFlash once the SyChip and Toshiba 802.11b cards are out. The only easy way to use WLAN on a Palm right now is through that huge Xircom module.

That Xircom thing is insane.

Came back this morning after realising last night my typo on "802.11a"

I did indeed mean to type 802.11b.

Oh and the Xircom Sled is not compatible with the TT, no OS5 drivers and Intel who now own Xircom don't plan an update.
