I know there are a lot of threads concerning VGA monitors now that the 12" Powerbook is so famous, but I'm really looking for an inexpensive soltuion and can't seem to find one.

What's the best brand/make/model for under $400 that can hook up to the 12" Powerbook [VGA]???

I have a 21" ViewSonic monitor that I'm quite happy with. I'd suggest buying something from a store (and not online) so that you can try the monitor out at different resolutions and really get a feel of what the monitor looks like, etc.
