I was about to buy a Tungsten in CompUSA in Sacramento where I am on holiday but it occured to me that the voltage is diiferent here than in Ireland where it is 220V (doh!). My question is does the Hot Sync cradle where the Palm charges, draw power from the mac's USB port or does it need to be plugged into the mains (hence requiring me to buy a transformer).
Or is the palm 110-220V compatible like my iBook or my digital camera?

I own a Palm Tungsten|T and it plugs into the wall for power, not your mac's USB port. mine only works on US / Canadian power sockets and I know Palm sells a dual-volt charger but I don't know if it comes with one in Europe (I live in the US).
