hey all

I just noticed that when I put my computer to sleep with my ipod connected, my ipod turns on, as if I was using it. I had assumed it would just go to "sleep" too.

what is supposed to happen? shouldn't it stay off or something?

thanks

I believe mine does that too. I think because it senses the disruption in the FW connection. It's still getting its trickle charge and will fall asleep again if you let it be. Don't believe this is anything to worry about.

Your iPod is not supposed to be connected while putting a computer to sleep, AFAIK.
