iMovie3 can import any QT files if you have QT pro. This includes the MPEG4 video captured by CLIE NX. This means you can use music from iTunes, pictures from iPhoto, all kinds of cool transitions, effects and titles to edit on footage you recorded with your CLIE NX! The quality is very very good (considering that the captured clips are pretty small to begin with). Export as QT movie works brilliantly, and even at "web" setting you get a decent size video (at a file size equal or less than the original CLIE video!!). I used to hear VAIO users brag that they can do simple editing of CLIE NX clips with a bundled app on VAIO... but no way that can be as good as iMovie3. I also think that this means Apple might come out with an ipod that can capture MPEG4 video (not unlike the NX, but using hard disk instead of memory stick) and have built-in iMovie functionality. iMovie2Go using QT and MPEG4. That will be so, so cool! Anyway for those of you who have a CLIE NX, definitely give iMovie3 a try... you won't regret it!!!
