I am looking for a good deal on a refurbished Ipod

Anybody seen a good price online from a store that they
have purchased hardware in the past?

I can’t do ebay, It’s not secure enough for me.

I just saw that the Mothership(Apple Store) has refurbished 10 gig units for $329.00.
It does'nt get safer than buying from them I would think.
They seem to have them in both Mac and pc variety.

Yep, the Apple Store's refurb. section is a good place to look, as is www.smalldog.com as they sell great refurbs w/ great service.

But honestly man, I've been using eBay for 3 years and though security may be nerve-racking, you should honestly not scratch eBay out. Just be smart, buy from reliable sellers, email questions and see how fast and if at all they respond, just to see how earnest they really are, and you'll be fine. eBay has literally saved me thousands in the past 3 years, and I'd highly recommend looking there for iPods as well. But if you're determined not to use eBay, definitely use www.smalldog.com Good luck!

Thanks for the info guys I never looked at the
apple store!

I guess the apple store is the best place to
get a refurbished Ipod.

And about Ebay some of the sellers have some
good deals but I have heard more negative feedback
than positive about ebay.

I looked at some sellers in my area (Chicago) maybe
that's the way to go. I will be able to test the Ipod
before I give the cash.
