When is Epson gonna update their 1280 printer driver for OSX? I have a 1280 and under OSX, I can't do borderless printing nor can I use the ColorLife paper.

And, the new Epson 2200 printer isn't even supported at all under X...

I don't know the answer to your question, but I'm curious by what you mean when you say the 2200 isn't supported at all under X.
Why is there always money for war, but none for education?

Before I got my 2200 (which I use exclusively in X), ColorLife was one of my favorite papers for my old 1280.

How do you run Colorlife on the 1280? The latest driver does not seem to give an option for it.

No they're not. Go back to Epson's site and search for:
1440 and 2880 ICC Profiles for ColorLife Paper

Or try this.
You'll need OS 9, though.
