(I originally posted in OSX Software, but thought it might be a better fit here.)

I've seen on VersionTracker iPod software such as MyPod and iPod2Go where info from websites (weather, driving directions, movie times) can be synced and transfered to iPods. Is this in the cards with Apple. Sherlock provides his sort of online info (and more) in one app. Could we see the two linked like this is an iPod software update?

i would love this.....i actually sent this feedback to apple last week. imagaine if your ipod downloaded local movies, weather, etc times during syncing?

mypod doesn't work well for me. my ipod can't scroll through all that text. the smart way to do the movies times is just like in Sherlock--with cascading menus. only apple can do this, i think.


any way to get a dictionary on my iPod? I'm a dictionary nut, and this would be awesome.

I'd love to see this kind of stuff added. I sold my Palm, and this would bring some of the things I missed from it back, like avantgo when I still had a PC
