I was just wondering how one would connect the HP printer to a new ibook. The printer has both a parallel port and local talk, but the ibook lacks either of these, is there a converter that would allow these two to be connected? either through USB, Firewire of Ethernet? Any ideas?

If not, what printers do you recommend that are relatively inexpensive and fulley compatible. I would prefer another laser printer as I have had bad experiences with inkjet.

Thanks

I use one of these with my HP LJ 6MP. Works great.
