Hey guys.

I currently have set aside £150 to spend on things to add to my recent Gigabook.

What should I buy for it?

I was thinking of a pro keyboard but am not sure. Do other keyboards work with the Powerbook?

Any USB keyboard that is Mac-compatible will work just fine with a PowerBook.

I don't know how far £150 goes, but get an iPod if you can. Also, invest in a good carrying case to protect your 'book. I recommend a backpack-style case that doesn't look like a laptop bag (so people won't be as tempted to steal it).

Along the lines of theft prevention: a notebook lock.

Very useful. If someone REALLY wants to steal your computer they will, lock or not. However, this lock will prevent any opportunistic thefts, which I imagine is the bulk of them.

I'd also suggest a good mouse. Logitech MX-300 perhaps?

To choose doubt as a philosophy of life is akin to choosing immobility as a means of transportation.

Here is what I think you should purchase :
* iCurve £41
* IceKey £48
* Powermate £47
Total = £136 + £10 P&P = £146.
The ultimate bundle, you just need a mouse Hmmm...
