Looks very feature packed. Maybe a bit large for me, but could be worth it for the screen size. I'll wait, but it's nice to see the photo comp to the T68i.
Photo comparing T68i to P800

Hmph still dislike the P800, give me my t68i any day
The P800 is just a bit too big with too many features, that I would never use.

It all depends on the perspective you are looking in.
If you treat P800 as a GSM mobile phone with PDA features (i.e. use it mainly as a phone) you would say P800 is too bug, and T68i (typo fixed) would be a better choice.
If you treat P800 as a PDA with mobile phone features (i.e. use it mainly as a PDA) would you probably like it.

Oops, you caught me on that
My finger somehow slipped!
I'd better to fix the typo... you won't see it in 3 minutes

I like phones to be small with features, but not features that I, as a student will never use. So a PDA is kinda pointless for me. Love my t68i and I am going to get a t610 when it comes out.

I like how the T68i fits inconspicuously in my pocket. Now that I see that the P800 larger than my iPod, I'm not interested. I don't carry or use my Palm either.
Now if I can only remember to turn the keypad off so I stop calling people unintentionally.

Uhm you can on a t68i.
The button below yes, then keylock on
also,
Settings > Locks > Auto Keylock > On
It'll lock the keypad after 20 seconds, as long as you are not in a menu.

I knew about keylock, but not the auto keylock. Thanks for the tip!

The T68i is an old phone the new SonyEricsson 610 is the phone to have. It will be released in Europe in the next 5-6 weeks.
FYI: "610 model" Works flawless with iSync and macs even now!

Visually, the T68i is better than the T600 in my opinion. Old or not. I must admit that Europe has the US beat in one area, besides history, and that is bleeding edge cell phones. Althourgh they seem to be behind in software revs by a couple of years in my experiences.

6 weeks, damn. I was hoping early next year (free upgrade) Any idea how much it'll be?? I reckon less than the P800 but more than the t68i. So around £100 - £200. Not too shabby!

So far I have seen everyone say that the phone only lasts 2 days on standby which is a deal breaker for me

What phone do you mean the P800 or the t610?
The battery life on the t68i is stunning!

The P800. I have the t68i and charge the battery every 10 days. The P800 is supposed to have longer battery life but so far everyone says it lasts 2 days max on standby which sucks.
