can someone walk me step by step how to do this
i'm SURE it can'tbe that hard, but my aunt just got the camera and is "scared" she's going to "screw it up" when she does it. so, i'm far away and can't do it for her, but she wants to install they're software and i'm thinking that no matter what iPhoto 2 is leaps better...
so could someone w/ this camera (or similar) please post instructions on how to do this?
thanks ALOT!!!

Plug the USB cable into the camera, turn the camera on, plug the other end of the camera cable into a USB port on the machine, and iPhoto will launch. Click on the import button just under the main photo library window, click on import near the lower right screen corner, and she's done. She can also choose to delete the pics from the camera memory when importing. Also, she needs to drag the camera icon on the desktop to the trash when she's done importing; if she just unplugs it, she may lose data.
Why is there always money for war, but none for education?

Just got a Nikon Coolpix 4300 on Sunday (Have not used yet, had to charge the battery ), but I did read in the manual somewhere that the camera can connect via 2 standards/formats???

I will try tonight and let you know, just thought I would add this little bit of info in case it did not import on the default setting ? Then again it might not affect your model?
