Tomorrow I will receive the Mac of my dreams (Powermac mdd 867mhz dual) and this will be my real goodbye to my old beige g3 233mhz desktop I buy back on 1997!!! (and it still rocks!!) but here is the question to the mac experts:

I have a wacom ADB tablet... I use it everyday. its in perfect condition and all...but , if I get an "iMate Universal ADB to USB adapter for Mac" can I still use my WACOM adb tablet with the correct software update or I will be wasting my money? do I have to buy a brand new wacom tablet???

thanxs

If you're going to us OS X, you will have to buy a new tablet. There are no drivers for Wacom ADB tablets in OS X and coupling it with an iMate won't fool the drivers into thinking it's a USB tablet unfortunately. I have the same problem.

As the girl from the ads says, "...bummer."

CREDIT CARD? HAHAHAHA! I WISH!
"SACRIFICE-CARD" SOUNDS BETTER!!!.. I GUESS I HAVE TO MAKE SOME SAVINGS BEFORE I BUY A 9X8 USB WACOM TABLET, A FRIEND OF MINE SAYS I'LL BETTER BUY THE GRAPHIRE TABLET ($99) JUST FOR SOME GRAPHIC WORKS AND THEN BUY THE USB PRO ONE, WHAT DO YOU THINK? IS IT REALLY THE ONLY SOLUTION??? THATS UNFAIR!!!

Did you mean 6x8 or 9x12? Yhe 6x8 is a fine size. No need for bigger. Forget the Graphire. Sell your ADB unit on eBay. If you can... Just my stupid opinion.
