Okay, this is a stupid question. Are there any PCMCIA cards for the Mac that has act as a Bluetooth adapter?

The thing is that I don't have another free USB Port to use the D-Link USB thing.

Also, would the MS Mouse work on my Powerbook? I notice that the System requirements are only Windows w/ my mention to Jag or OS X or Mac. But all of this Bluetooth thing should be plug and play right?

Thanks in Advance.

Currently, only Bluetooth mobile phones and Palm handhelds work with mac bluetooth, but BT is still in it's early stages on the mac, and I'm sure Apple are holding out on BT input devices until they have their own BT keyboard and mouse ready to roll. Anyway, if you still want Bluetooth for a PDA or phone, I'm not sure what the situation is on PCMCIA Bluetooth. But if you have run out of USB ports, try looking for a 2 or 4 port unpowered USB hub. I'm pretty sure there are some which are basically a big plug with 1 USB in and 2 or 4 USB out, so that you don't have the little bit of cable hanging off the side of your PB.

Look after my manor, or I will bum you, literally, to death.

oh okay thanks.

Man, I thought that Bluetooth was universally complaint.

I got a Tungsten too, so I thought it would just be easier if I do everything through Bluetooth. Well I guess we'll just have to wait until Summer w/ the release of the new G5 hopefully they'll release some new peripherals as well.
